1Hot: It’s ya nigga Hot! For yall who don’t know me I’m 1Hot Aka King of palm beach I’m from Delray Beach and been out here doing this for a minute with my team J-Mob

So What has 1Hot been up to since the last time we spoke?

1Hot: Aww man since the last time we spoke I just been taking over the streets grinding I’ve dropped about 7 mixtapes/albums and about 30 videos so basically working a lot spreading my name.

With That being said has there been any growth in your music or  1Hot the Artist?

1Hot: There's been a lot of growth from me personally to the music I been going through a lot outside the music good and bad so it’s only been making me stronger and giving me more pure real things to put in my music so it’s all good I feel like I’m a monster now

One thing is for sure the amount of love when you step out from fans family & friends has reach its toll ,Everywhere you go they screaming 1Hot or “BADD”.How do you manage to stay humble and not take it the head?

1Hot: I mean it is to a very crazy different level with the love but I always been a cool good hearted dude so if u was raised right and you're as real as you say you are being humble and level headed comes natural. I’m very grateful for everything I get because I worked so hard to get it so it’s just in me.

What do you think it is about your music or 1Hot the Artist that has so much ppl believing in you and following behind you?

1Hot: I think it’s the fact that I really tell people my real everyday life I’m not to big on flossing and fabricating they can relate to the type of things I talk about around the world in any hood because its real. People know where I came from so it just makes them happy to see where I’m going.

On your latest single “BADD” from you recently released Road2fame album you made a reference of being like the new Tupac and how they killed him at 25 and your only 24. Is it safe to say you are starting to feel the tension and hate on your Road to fame?

1Hot: I feel like whoever you are once you start getting the fame everything changes everybody not gone be happy to see you come up and I’m from a small city where that’s happens a lot everyone is in competition with one another so I do feel the tension from the negative people because I’m where they want be its not that they hate me

Before Road2fame you did a joint mixtape with a fellow Palm Beach County native VanDam Bodyslam entitled Unforgettable Statement 2 which did really well. Explain the chemistry that you both have and how did this collabo come together?

1Hot: Yea man Vandam that’s my brother I never really met someone else just as talented and hungry as myself so once we started talking about 2 days later we dropped to classic songs "Make A Change" "Gotta Be" and the chemistry was natural and we took off from there the "Gotta Be" video has almost 40,000 views it’s like thug motivation so everyone embraced it. We got 2 joint mixtapes US Vol.1 & 2

Will there be an Unforgettable Statement 3 or any other Joint Mixtapes/albums on the way?

1Hot: I’m a 110% sure US Vol 3 coming real soon we just working on our solo projects rite now but our joint projects did great numbers so why stop something so powerful

Back to Road2fame you put in a lot of work on this album. What do you want your fans and listeners to get out of it when they hear it for the first time?

1Hot: Road 2 Fame is a classic man I feel like it’s my best project so far because i really took my time i was dropping c.d.’s every month I sat back for bout 6 months with this one and got top of line productions all original. I just want my fans to recognize the growth work ethic and how i stepped my whole rap game up a notch.

Let’s talk about the production and features on Road2fame,were you looking for a certain sound and feature?

1Hot: I was basically looking for a more broad industry sound something ready for the world not just my county and as far as features I always call upon the artist that has the same grind as me and the ones whose music I personally like I got features from all over Fla

One of the Hottest tracks on the Album is “Shut This B%&ch Down” feat Choo Choo out of Broward County. Did you hear the record and just knew he would be a good fit and how did you reach out to him?

1Hot: Choo Choo my nigga we actually both are cool with a lot of the of the same people in the streets so once I heard he was coming to tally they gave me a call and I already had 2 tracks ready for him because I heard a lot about him before hand so i looked him up and knew we could make some magic together.

What has this Road to fame been like for you so far up’s downs and most Memorable moments?

1Hot: Its been wild man a lot of changes has had to happen as far as team wise who really gone be here to help or just be here for the fun because you gotta get your circle right before anything its been a lot of road trips somewhere me and drew would have no money but we knew what we had to do, tryna pursue my career and make sure the fam and the bills straight lol its tough but only the strong survive.

What’s Next for 1Hot and What can Fans expect from you in 2012?

1Hot: 2012 yall can expect me to take over fla and be the next big thing to come out of it and put pbc on the map. just expect the unexpected with me I’m always working and the music only gets better
